What are your days & hours of operation?
Monday - Saturday
9:00AM - 9:00PM
Monday - Sunday

Excludes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year Day.
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.
Do you bring the equipment and cleaning products?
Depending on the service required, we may supply all cleaning equipment and detergents or the client may prefer us to use their own.
Do you offer carpet cleaning & upholstery cleaning?
Yes. We use PROCHEM professional equipment and detergents.
Do I need to sign a contract with you?
There is no minimum term contract. But there is Service Agreement.
How do I pay for the service?
Payment can be made in various ways to suit you. This will be discussed in detail during any consultation.
Do I need to be home when you clean my house/office?
This entirely depends on each client. If you are not able to be at home or offices, then our cleaners are all key holders and they can be entrusted with your keys to access your home or place of work.
Do I need to do anything before the cleaning?
We ask that you take a few minutes before your scheduled cleaning to tidy up. By simply putting clothes away, putting dishes in the dishwasher, and organizing loose papers we will have more time to do what we do best - clean your home/office.
What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?
We will make every effort to schedule another time. However, we do ask for a 10 day notice by phone or email.
What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?
We will contact you to re-schedule.
What if something is damaged while cleaning my house/office?
We treat your home/office with the utmost of care; however, accidents do happen. In case of damage, do not worry. We are fully insured (please refer to Terms & Conditions) Any damages must be reported immediately.
Do you guarantee quality service?
Absolutely! If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of work, we will come back to your home/office to redo it FREE of Charge. GUARANTEED. However, you must notify us within 24 hours.
